Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

At SecureVity, we prioritize the protection and confidentiality of our customers' data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you purchase our on-premises enterprise solution, request a demo, or use our digital services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, mobile number, and company name, which you voluntarily provide when you submit a demo request, register on our portal, or communicate with us.
  • Financial Data: When you purchase licenses or services, transaction and payment processing information is handled securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or authentication credentials on our servers.
  • System Data: Technical information automatically logged when visiting our site, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times.

2. Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Fulfill and manage license purchases, payments, and order deliveries.
  • Provision and deliver our digital software assets (Virtual Machine OVA, Docker stacks, licensing keys).
  • Provide customer support, process licensing requests, and respond to demo inquiries.
  • Notify you of critical security bulletins, software updates, and administrative changes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent transactions.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Payment Processors: We share transaction data with Razorpay to process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds. Razorpay maintains strict compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Sovereignty & Security

SecureVity is designed to operate on-premises. While we collect basic organizational contact details for licensing, the reports, vulnerability logs, and penetration testing findings generated inside the application remain strictly within your local, air-gapped infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption, SSL/TLS protocols, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to safeguard all data transmitted to our cloud licensing portal.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Under GDPR and other regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of the personal data we store on our cloud licensing portal. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect regulatory shifts or changes in our operational procedures. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
