Shipping & Delivery Policy

SecureVity offers digital software solutions, licenses, and technical services. Because our products are entirely digital, we do not ship physical goods or inventory, and there are no shipping charges, custom duties, or physical logistics involved in our delivery system.

1. Mode of Delivery

All software licenses, installation instructions, credentials, and digital deliverables will be delivered electronically via:

  • Email: To the registered email address provided during checkout or registration.
  • Customer Portal: Direct download links inside the SecureVity Customer Portal after account verification.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Licensing Keys & Credentials: Automatically dispatched immediately or within 24 hours of successful transaction confirmation via Razorpay.
  • On-Premises OVA / Container Packages: Download links for deployment files (Virtual Machine OVA, Docker compose manifests) will be provided via email and the dashboard immediately after licensing approval.
  • Custom Integrations & Technical Setup: Scheduled individually with your system administrators and initialized as per our mutually agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Verification of Delivery

Delivery of our digital services and license keys is deemed complete when the purchase receipt and download link are successfully transmitted to the email ID provided by you during the ordering process. Please ensure that our domain securevity.com is whitelisted in your organization's spam/junk filters.

4. Delivery Failures & Troubleshooting

If you have completed a payment but have not received your licensing key or download instructions within 24 hours, please:

  1. Verify your transaction status inside your payment application or check your receipt from Razorpay.
  2. Inspect your email junk/spam folder.
  3. Contact our technical support helpline immediately. We will investigate the routing failure and manually provision your digital assets if necessary.
