Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing SecureVity. We stand behind the quality of our B2B report automation suite. Please review our guidelines regarding order cancellation and licensing refunds below.
1. License Cancellations
- Before Key Issuance: You may cancel your purchase or request tier modifications at any time before your unique licensing keys are generated and sent to your email. We will issue a 100% refund immediately.
- After Key Issuance: Once license keys have been generated and emailed to your registered organization address, order cancellations are not permitted automatically.
- Enterprise Subscriptions: Annual enterprise billing cycles can be cancelled by notifying your account manager at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because SecureVity is a downloadable, self-hosted, on-premises solution (deployable via VM OVA or Docker container stacks), we generally operate under a no-questions-asked 7-day refund policy for unactivated licenses:
- If you have purchased a license but have not activated the license key on any instance, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- If the software fails to deploy or operate due to documented technical incompatibilities or verified product bugs that our support engineers cannot resolve within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund upon verification of your license de-registration.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Licensing purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request date.
- Instances where the license key has already been activated and utilized to perform audit operations or generate/download security reports.
- Professional technical services, customized template styling, or hands-on installation support that has already been rendered.
4. Refund Processing
To request a refund, please email your invoice number and cancellation details to our team at billing@securevity.com.
- Upon approval, refunds are processed electronically.
- The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard bank processing cycles.
